Then we get in touch with you to discuss this in more detail and let you know if and how we can support you. If you're happy with our suggestions, then we provide the support you require. 

Good question, and an important one. Our aim is to offer high quality services at reasonable prices, check our services page to get an idea of how much we charge, but keep in mind that these prices are for guidance, often our customers need a combination of our services, and so we can tailor a package to suit you, that is often cheaper than adding these services together as separate items.

We can supply certain items of hardware for you, however, in general we guide you on what to buy and where to buy it from, this helps us keep costs down and transparent for you, reducing the cost of quality IT for you, we are primarily a consulting service rather than a hardware provider. The cost of required hardware will be added onto our consultancy fees where required. 

We can provide remote and phone based consultation services anywhere in the UK, but for face to face support or technical consulting services that require a physical presence on site, we can provide support across Sussex and Surrey. For an additional fee we can also provide onsite support across Kent and Hampshire, due to the higher travel and time costs to get to you.
