We complete initial setup on your device from out of the box, this will include re-imaging Windows devices with the latest version of Windows 11 (licence not included). 

For printers, we get the right drivers installed and make sure your prints are working as expected. 

Physical hardware changes, such as a RAM upgrade, or Graphics Card install. This includes the opening of the device to install the hardware (hardware not included). 

In the case of a hard drive or SSD upgrade or replacement, an additional charge is applicable for data migration and operating system install. 

Services including router setup and configuration, DHCP, DNS and IP addressing services, improving WiFi coverage and network performance.
